- Our mission at High Speed Dental Turbines is to sell Top Quality turbines and handpieces at Great Prices. We also offer a complete repair service for any of your handpieces. Each of our technicians have several years of experience at everything from simple turbine installations to major slow speed motor overhauls, and everything in between. If you would prefer to have us install your turbines and test your handpieces, simply print out, or call us for a shipping label. Once we receive your handpieces, we'll take care of the turbine installation for you at no charge,(provided it's a simple installation). Complex installations (dent removals, back cap replacements, water line problems, etc.) may be extra. If anything else is necessary we'll call or email you for approval before proceeding. We provide free estimates for all of our repair work, and won't do any repairs until you give us the go ahead to proceed.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt and approval of your payment. We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping and provide a tracking number which will be sent to your E-mail once your order is shipped. We charge a flat $30.00USD shipping charge for all international orders. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to your country.
- Returns & Replacements
- We offer 6 month warranties on all of our Turbines. Warranties do not cover misuse or lack of maintenance on the part of the user. In the event of a covered warranty, please complete the return authorization form located in our repair service section, and include it along with your return shipment to us. We offer hassle free replacements or repairs upon receipt and inspection of your item. Warranties apply only to parts sold by us or to repairs done by us during the specified time period covered by the warranty. Shipping labels can be printed out from the repair section of our site, please be sure to ship all parts in a suitable container, box, or padded envelope. You can also give us a call or an E-mail, and we'll be happy to send you a free shipper. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail Boxes. Damage caused during return shipment due to unsuitable packaging is not a covered warranty item.
- Ordering
- Your credit or debit-card security will be assured through our fully encrypted SSL technology. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our website. Orders are filled Monday through Friday 8:00AM through 4:30PM Eastern time. Customer service and technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM through 6:00PM excluding holidays. Orders can also be placed through our technical support specialists.

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- All of our turbines and repair services are priced competitively and at a discount compared to the prices charged by manufacturers or large dental supply companies. We use top quality OEM and aftermarket parts in all of our turbines and in our repairs. Please be aware there are quality differences in aftermarket parts. While it's possible that you may find lower prices elsewhere, you won't find better parts or more dedicated repair specialists. We won't sacrifice quality or use inferior parts just to make a sale. We offer premium products and world class service because we want our customers to keep coming back.
- We may from time to time offer special promotions, or volume discounts. These offers will be communicated on our site, or through E-Mails to our customers. We also invite you to follow us on Twitter and Facebook. If you don't want to receive any E-Mails from us simply hit the opt out tab at the bottom of any E-Mail correspondences you receive.
- Viewing Orders
- Customers will be sent an E-mail once their order is shipped which will contain a tracking number. Customers will also be able to view their order history, and get tracking information by logging in at our site

- Customers will be able to log in at any time to update their account information with their password
